What you are buying

A Kairo reading is a written report, delivered as a PDF, based on a Korean Saju chart calculated from the birth details you provide. Each reading is composed for your specific chart. You are buying that report — not an ongoing subscription, a consultation, or a promise about future events.

Who can order

Kairo readings are sold to adults. By ordering, you confirm you are 18 or older. If you are ordering for someone else, they must be an adult too.

What a reading is not

A reading is a tool for self-reflection. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it must not be used in place of a qualified professional. Nothing in your report predicts what will happen to you, and nothing in it should be treated as an instruction to take or avoid a decision. Serious decisions remain yours, and you remain responsible for them.

Accurate birth details

Your chart can only be as accurate as the details you give us. If the date, time, or city of birth is wrong, the chart will be wrong, and the reading written from it will describe someone who isn't you. Please check the form before submitting. If you notice a mistake, email hello@askkairo.ai quickly — before your report has been generated we can usually correct it and regenerate at no charge.

If you do not know your birth time, say so on the form. The reading will be written from the three pillars we can calculate, with the missing one marked as unknown rather than invented.

Ordering on behalf of someone else

You may order a reading as a gift. By doing so you confirm you have that person's permission to share their birth details with us, and that they are an adult.

Payment

Gumroad is the merchant of record for all Kairo orders. Your payment, your receipt, and any applicable sales tax, GST or VAT are handled by Gumroad, and their terms apply to the transaction itself. Prices are shown in your local currency where we support it, and in US dollars otherwise. The currency and the total you will be charged are always shown before you pay.

Delivery

Your reading is emailed to the address you entered on the form, usually within a few minutes and sometimes up to an hour for the longer readings. If nothing has arrived after an hour, check your spam and promotions folders, then email us and we will resend it. The link to your reading page does not expire; the PDF download on that page remains available for 180 days from delivery, after which the file is deleted.

Refunds

Every reading carries the 14-Day Reflection Guarantee: if it doesn't offer meaningful insight, email us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, with no questions asked. The full policy is on our refunds page.

Your report, and ours

The report we write for you is yours to keep, read, print, and share with people you choose to share it with. We keep the copyright in the writing, the design, and the underlying system, which means please don't republish reports as your own product, resell them, or use them to train another system. Quoting a passage while crediting Kairo is welcome.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running continuously, but readings depend on systems that can occasionally fail. If your reading is delayed, we will deliver it as soon as we can; if we cannot deliver it at all, we will refund you in full without you having to ask.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to a reading is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

If you are in Australia

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled: to cancel your service contract with us; and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.

Our 14-day refund guarantee is offered in addition to those rights. It does not replace or limit them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without affecting any consumer protections you are entitled to where you live.
