The 14-Day Reflection Guarantee

If your reading doesn't offer meaningful insight, email hello@askkairo.ai within 14 days of delivery and we will refund you in full. No questions asked. We would rather return your money than have a report sitting unread in your inbox.

This applies to every reading we sell — Origin, Compass, and the Bundle. On a Bundle, the refund covers both reports together.

How to ask

Send one email to hello@askkairo.ai from the address your reading was delivered to, or include the name on the order, so we can find it. You do not need to fill in a form, explain what was wrong, or delete the PDF. If you want to tell us what missed, we read it and it genuinely shapes the writing — but it is not a condition of the refund.

How long it takes

We approve refund requests within two business days. Because Gumroad is the merchant of record for Kairo orders, the money is returned through Gumroad to your original payment method, which typically takes a further five to ten business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Your Gumroad receipt is the record of the original charge.

If your reading never arrived

That is not a refund matter first — it is usually a delivery one. Check your spam and promotions folders, then email us. We can resend the report immediately, and if it turns out we could not generate it at all, we refund you in full without you having to ask.

After 14 days

The guarantee window is 14 days from delivery. If something has gone wrong outside that window — a chart calculated from details we mishandled, a report you never received — write to us anyway. Where the fault is ours, we fix it or refund it regardless of the date.

Chargebacks

Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. A refund from us is faster than a chargeback, and it means neither of us spends a week on paperwork over a single report.
